This is the first Sunday in our Parish that Holy Mass will not be offered publicly. Though not all of our Parishioners are on Facebook, I post this on this eve of Sunday as it might be helpful for many families and they can prepare to make Sunday holy. Please share this info with others whom you know are not on Facebook.
Though you can’t get to Holy Mass while they’re suspended, you can watch/listen to Holy Mass in one of the ways below, make a Spiritual Communion with the prayers below, read/discuss the readings of the day at one of the links below, pray the Liturgy of the Hours, and observe the Lord’s Day with other devotions (Holy Rosary, Divine Mercy Chaplet, Litanies, etc)!
Though you are not obligated to, you can watch the offering of Holy Mass via TV or Web stream if you’d like to:
I plan to offer a private Low Mass in the Extraordinary Form in my rectory chapel at 10am. I will livestream it if possible.
For other Masses in the Extraordinary Form:
FSSP (http://livemass.net or iMass App)
Sunday 7:30am Low Mass
Sunday 9:30am High Mass
For Masses in the Ordinary Form:
KLFY - Mass from the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist
St. Pius Church (https://stpiusxchurch.org/live and St. Pius X Facebook Page)
Our Lady Queen of All Saints - hear on KVPI 1050AM (https://kvpionline.com)
All are encouraged to pray the Liturgy of the Hours on the Lord’s Day, especially when Holy Mass is not available. A great new resource to pray Morning Prayer of the Liturgy of the Hours on Sunday can be found here: https://www.keepthelordsday.com
Most importantly (whether you watch a Mass being offered or not) is to make a spiritual Communion. You can use the one above at www.keepthelordsday.com or the one found below.
