Coronavirus Crisis Update 3/23/20

Because of the Governor’s stay-at-home order, which took effect today, the Bishop has determined that:

The Chancery in Lafayette will be closed (with employees working from home).

All parish group meetings, like Holy Mass in public, are suspended until further notice.

Exposition and Adoration of the Most Blessed Sacrament in churches and chapels is suspended until further notice.

A reminder, as of now, our Parish Office is open Monday-Friday, 8am-noon. Also, the Seelos Chapel is open during those days and times and Parishioners are invited to pray in it as long as they keep the adequate length between one another (6feet) and use the proper methods of good hygiene.

Know of my continued prayers for all of you. Let us all continue to pray fervently and sacrifice for an end to this crisis and for all who are sick with the Coronavirus and especially for all who have died from it. Kyrie, eleison!
